Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a refund, you must meet the following criteria:

• Request must be made within 30 days of your initial purchase date
• Applies to first-time subscribers only
• Valid for quarterly, semi-annual, and annual subscription plans
• Refund request must be submitted via email to contact@beastfit.site

How to Request a Refund

Requesting a refund is simple:

• Email us at contact@beastfit.site with "Refund Request" in the subject line
• Include your account email and order number (if available)
• Brief explanation is appreciated but not required
• We'll process your request within 2-3 business days

Processing Time

Once your refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.

What Happens After Refund

• Your subscription will be immediately canceled
• Access to all Beast Fit programs and features will be revoked
• Any downloaded materials remain for your reference
• You're welcome to resubscribe at any time

Meal Guide Add-Ons

Meal guide add-ons are covered under the same 30-day guarantee when purchased with a subscription plan. Stand-alone meal guide purchases are final and non-refundable once accessed.

Exceptions

The following situations are not eligible for refunds:

• Requests made after 30 days from initial purchase
• Second or subsequent subscriptions to the same plan
• Accounts found to be abusing the refund policy
• Payment disputes or chargebacks (contact us first)

Recurring Subscriptions

Our refund policy applies to your initial subscription payment only. Subsequent renewal charges are not eligible for refunds unless you cancel before the renewal date. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings, and you'll retain access until the end of your current billing period.
